Products introduction
The SD2 controller is a vertical programmable digital controller that is designed for driving machine vision LED light source. It has functions of a remote control and manual operation for LED light source by RS232 interface to achieve 1000 levels brightness setting, also, it has anti-misoperation system, the display will be locked when it is under misoperated, a light source switch, a hardware external light source switch, manual adjusting brightness, digital display and so on, which is especially suitable for complicated and sophisticated machine vision devices.

Manual adjustment
1 Power connection
2 Light source connection by channel CH1, CH2, CH3,CH4
3 Turn on the power switch, the light of digitron display, power light and lock light will be ON.
4 Press "M" for 2 second, unlock the digitron, and the lock light will be OFF
5 Short press "M", 1,2,3,4 and HL channel will be changed accordingly, and 1, 2, 3, 4 respectively to CH1, CH2, CH3 and CH4. Adjusted brightness value by press "+", "-" button from 0-999 level. HL: H is constant light ON, and L is constant light OFF

Multi-channel setting:
WA0123TB0457TC0123TD0789F Brightness value of CH1 is 123, Brightness value of CH2 is 547, Brightness value of CH3 is 123, the CH4 is turned off.
Warning:
If you want to change the IP, please be aware of the following:
First: Connect to the network by the current IP (192.168.00.110, Same as the host PC).
Second: If you want to change the IP to 192.168.000.100, order input: 192.168.000.100: 3205 (Only the back end digit can be changed).
Third: Turn off the controller and restart, connect with network by new IP(192.168.000.100).
Forth: If something goes wrong, reset by input order: SFACT# or pressing the button "+""-"at the same time for 1 second. IP will be reset(192.168.00.110).
